Collecting things... from the DeVille vaults!

Were you also a fan who collected all kinds of stuff from your favorite band Mink DeVille?
Not only vinyl (singles/lp's) or celluloid (tapes) but also everything of Mink (Willy) DeVille on paper. Like newspaper clippings, promotional photographs, magazines, concert tickets and posters... Especially stuff from the early years 1976-1982 is now rare and very valuable. Collectors pay quite a lot at ebay and internet stores. Or rather, sellers asking quite a lot! (up to 75 dollars for a rare poster). A small selection from the internet collection in a brief photo gallery (most pieces are privately owned).

First some concert posters from the seventies including an original silk screened 100cm x 75cm gig poster from Thursday 22nd June 1978 for 'Hammersmith Odeon', London.
And a Paradiso Amsterdam (The Netherlands) concert poster designed by the late Martin Kaye in 1977. Also posters from Germany, Sweden and the USA.

A wonderful collection of concert posters of various artists from 1975 till 1982 is also shown at the Punk Poster Page
