Omdat Gurrie écht gestopt is met de Willy DeVille Int. Fanclub en de bijbehorende website en nieuwsbrieven, is er zoals bekend in overleg met de fanclub een Willy DeVille Fans Twitter website opgezet:

http://devillefans.blogspot.com/ In tegenstelling tot de sociale netwerken is dit een open website en hoef je je hier niet eerst aan te melden. Bovendien vanwege het internationale karakter, hoofdzakelijk in het Engels. Gewoon opslaan in je favorieten en af en toe eens kijken.

En het blog bevat ook een twitter applicatie zodat er in één moeite door meegelezen kan worden. Gurrie blijft een belangrijke rol spelen in de informatievoorziening. Zo gaat hij 23 augustus naar de
WILLY DEVILLE BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION SHOW in New York en zal hij zoals beloofd verslag doen via deze genoemde internet media.
A.s. vrijdag 6 augustus is de sterfdag van Willy. Willy DeVille Int. Fans blog zal hieraan op die dag ook speciale aandacht verlenen. We kunnen ons voorstellen dat je op deze speciale dag je gevoelens en gedachten wil delen met anderen. Dat kan via de 'comments' op de berichten
